[Strike Flyers - Episode 3]

Odd to say the least

I thought the story was awful. But, I gave this a passing grade because I do see talent in this, but its not my thing personally. A few things to work on. The voice acting wasnt very good, and as I said the story was just sort of...well retarded. But, this is a decent submission and definitly deserves a spot on newgrounds. You have an interesting style, and I would like to see some of your work outside of this series.

[ArkAngel - Episode 1.1]

Decent

I enjoyed the artistic direction and I thought the animation was well done. I do have a few problems with this particular submission. As was stated in a previous review, you need to work on timing. It really threw everything off, especially when he was just staring at the girl. I thought my computer had frozen that scene took so long. Also, the story was boring. I realize this is something that will take time to come to fruition, but you have to give us something to make us really want to watch the remainder of this series. Overall, this is a pretty good submissions, and if you take care of a few flaws, it can be a great one.

[Orlando's Joint #2]

Kind of annoying

This is a decent submission, but the voice acting and dialogue annoys the hell out of me. I gave it a passing grade though, because I know this will have an audience that will probably appreciate it more than me. Like I said, its ok, but nothing great.

Eh

I love the animation with this series, but the fact is, its just not that funny. Everything I have seen in this series thus far has already been used in funnier cartoons. I still like it quite a bit though and consider it head and shoulders above just about everything else on NewGrounds. But, much like the previous episode, there was just something lacking. It was like that big budget movie that looks amazing, but disappoints you with lack luster writing. Maybe the next one will be hilarious. I hope so, because my expectations for this series is incredibly high. Decent job overall.

Loved when the hadoken hit liu kang

Best part in the whole flash. I usually dont enjoy sprite films, but this was very well done. I can tell a lot of work went into this. This was quite a production, and I hope you continue to work with this series. Well done.

WOW, I MEAN WOW

I am speechless. Literally, I am without speech. This was absolutely amazing. With out a doubt the best looking flash on Newgrounds. I can tell that so much time was put into this. I could not believe how fluid each character moved. It was reminisent of something Disney would put out. Well done. All I gotta say about that.

Interesting Idea

This was a pretty good idea that was poorly executed. There wasnt much to it, and the opening graphics actually lasted longer than the actual flash. Not a good sign. This wasn't the worst thing I have ever seen, but it was disappointing because there was so much that couldve been accomplished with this idea. Nice try though.

Pretty damned good

The style and humor reminded me of Don Hertzfeldts animated shorts. Maybe thats why I enjoyed this one so much. Good job overall.

I love Don Hertzfeldt. I had his style in mind when I did this, but most of the actual toon came from a sketch in my notebook.

Once again Newgrounds, you allowed a subpar entry to waltz through the gates. And probably only because there was violence at the end. This wasn't the worst I have ever seen, but it's still pretty bad. Happy birthday, and sorry for being so harsh. I just didnt care for this at all.

Yeah. Graphics, animation, sound, humour, style, and interactivity don't mean a shit when violence is at the end.
